Anthony G. (Tony) Santiago entered the search field in 1980 and established TaxSearch Incorporated in 1987. While TaxSearch Incorporated services all areas of tax recruitment and compensation analysis, Tony is recognized for his expertise in assisting clients in building world-class tax departments. In addition to providing executive search services at the senior tax level, he is intimately involved in assisting tax departments on strategic planning including organizational benchmark assessments, compensation reviews and succession planning.

Santiago's clients include some of the most prominent Fortune 500 corporations in the world. In 1991, Tony was invited to be a founding member of The Pinnacle Group, an honorary association of the highest producing members of the recruiting industry.
